Could you share an hour a week with Asher?
Asher lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Asher, who's 94. Asher lives alone in Scranton, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Asher loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending love, Grayson. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
