Could you mentor a warehouse supervisor breaking into UX design?
Seeking an experienced UX design professional for guidance on the transition from warehouse supervisor.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 16 years, and I'm 39. After my children starting school, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.

Good luck. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Blessings.

You're not alone, Usha. Hope you get there. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
