Could you mentor a stay-at-home parent breaking into renewable energy?
Josiane, a stay-at-home parent, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a stay-at-home parent for 13 years, and I'm 54. After my children starting school, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Distrito Federal, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you for reading my story.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Kota.
Small businesses are the heart of Brasília. Hope you're open again soon. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care
Keep going, Josiane. Small businesses are the heart of Brasília. Hope you're open again soon. We're a small family in Santa Rosa but we're thinking of you. God bless
Sending love, Josiane. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings.
Hope it all works out. Hope the shop reopens soon. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Córdoba.
you're not alone, Josiane. Shared this with my family.
Wishing you the best, Josiane. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Gwangju so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Brasília
