Could you mentor a retail manager breaking into digital marketing?
Zhi, a retail manager, is retraining for digital marketing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a retail manager for 12 years, and I'm 39. After my children starting school, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
