Could you mentor a hospitality worker breaking into cloud engineering?

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 17 years, and I'm 52. After being laid off, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Puglia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
