Could you mentor a factory operator breaking into project management?
A mentor in project management could help Mahin with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a factory operator for 15 years, and I'm 38. After the factory closing, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Telangana, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Nizamabad.
Hope things get better soon, Mahin. Hope you make a strong comeback.
Shared it with a few friends. Please keep us posted. Take care.
Hope things get better soon. Looking forward to the next update. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
Sending strength, Mahin. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
