Hosting Dustin would give a hardworking a teacher's aide the stability to find a new place.

After being laid off and unable to cover rent, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a teacher's aide in Miami and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing.
I'm looking for a spare room for 3 months. I can pay $340 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have three personal and work references.
I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending strength, Dustin. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Addis Ababa
Wishing you the best, Dustin. Hope you get there. I'll check back for the next update. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
Hope things get better soon, Dustin. Shared it with a few friends. Wish I lived closer to Hồ Chí Minh City so I could bring a meal.
Thinking of you and your family, Dustin. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Thinking of Miami.
