Hosting Colton would give a hardworking a bus driver the stability to find a new place.

After a sudden divorce, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a bus driver in Burnaby and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing.
I'm looking for a spare room for 4 months. I can pay $160 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have a landlord and employer references.
I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending love, Colton. Gave what I could, wish it was more. All the best.
Wishing you the best, Colton. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this, Colton. Hope this works out for you. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
Wishing you peace. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Take care.
Hang in there. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 8 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
