Could you foster Oscar? Sérgio is going into treatment

A short-term foster for a calm beagle in Campinas while the owner recovers.

I'm going into inpatient treatment on Wednesday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Oscar, my nine-year-old beagle. Oscar is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals. I'm looking for a temporary foster within Campinas. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Oscar is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

  • Sending love. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Hồ Chí Minh City.

    • Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Kampala donated after I showed her your page. All the best.

      • You're not alone. Hope the recovery goes smoothly.

        • this could happen to any of us. Love from Awka.

          • Wishing you peace, Sérgio. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
