Looking for a kind foster home for Biscuit; food and vet costs will be covered.

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Saturday, for about 4 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Biscuit, my eleven-year-old border collie. Biscuit is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within San Francisco. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Biscuit is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
