Short-term loan wanted: wet tile saw. I'll collect and return it myself, and happily cover any fuel.

I'm Lawrence in Birmingham. I'm repairing our fence after the storm, and I need a wet tile saw for a few days. Buying one for a single job doesn't make sense and the rental price is more than I can manage right now.
If you have one gathering dust in the garage, I'd be grateful to borrow it. I'll collect it from you, look after it, clean it and bring it back on the day we agree. I'll leave a deposit if you'd like, and I'm happy to meet somewhere public the first time.
If you could also show me how to use it safely, that would be an extra kindness.
