Cooper's non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
Supporting Cooper through non-Hodgkin lymphoma: medication, transport to Springfield Regional Medical Center, and living costs while He cannot work.
🇺🇸 Springfield, Illinois, United States890 views
Cooper was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in January. The oncology team at Springfield Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Cooper is 30, worked as a taxi driver until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Springfield Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,650 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $1,000
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $680
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,970
Glad we found this place.
