Consuelo's final semester of an accounting degree in Mérida
A first-generation student, Consuelo needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an accounting degree.

Consuelo is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an accounting degree at Mérida University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,700.
The registrar has said Consuelo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Consuelo has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Consuelo would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Consuelo isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
