My younger sister, Camille, is 14 and in Year 10. Camille loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the floods. The board exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Spanish Town or online, for about twenty weeks.
Camille is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Camille's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

stay strong, Paulette. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
