Companionship wanted: Vishal's chess and a cup of tea
Vishal lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Vishal, who's 80. Vishal lives alone in Nagpur, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Vishal loves chess, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Glad we found this place.

Hope it all works out, Geeta. Hope this works out for you. Take care.
Hope things get better soon, Geeta. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Jeddah.
Praying for you. Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
stay strong, Geeta. Shared it with a few friends.
Sending good thoughts, Geeta. This could happen to any of us. Blessings!
Rooting for you. Hope the doctors have good news. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
