Companion for Uche while I'm at work, Wudil

I'm Tayo, and I look after my wife at home in Wudil. Uche has Parkinson's and should not be alone for long stretches. I work early shifts, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week.
What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 6pm. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care.
Uche loves gardening and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor.
I'd like to meet you first with Uche present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more.
