Companion for Parvin while I'm at work, Gazipur

I'm Nahid, and I look after my mother at home in Gazipur. Parvin has failing eyesight and should not be alone for long stretches. I work part-time at the shop, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week.
What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 2pm until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care.
Parvin loves the radio and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor.
I'd like to meet you first with Parvin present, and I'm happy to give a reference from the parish. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more.
