Companion for Như while I'm at work, Hồ Chí Minh City

I'm Phượng, and I look after my mother at home in Hồ Chí Minh City. Như has poor mobility after a hip operation and should not be alone for long stretches. I work early shifts, and the gap on weekday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 6pm. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Như loves gardening and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Như present, and I'm happy to give a reference from the parish. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more. I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
