Companion for Ghassan while I'm at work, Heliopolis

I'm Osama, and I look after my father at home in Heliopolis. Ghassan has poor mobility after a hip operation and should not be alone for long stretches. I work part-time at the shop, and the gap on Wednesday and Friday afternoons is the hardest part of my week. What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 12.30 until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care. Ghassan loves her grandchildren and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor. I'd like to meet you first with Ghassan present, and I'm happy to give a reference from our neighbor.
