Clear storm damage from Vijay's garden in Howrah
Vijay, 90, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 90 and I have lived in this house in Howrah for 41 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hang in there. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update.
Best of luck, Vijay. It takes guts to ask. Well done. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless
