Clear storm damage from Vasyl's garden in Kyiv
Garden rescue day in Kyiv: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine1,451 views
I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Kyiv for 28 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Kyiv.
