Clear storm damage from Silas's garden in Liverpool
Garden rescue day in Liverpool: bring gloves and a rake.
🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom338 views
I'm 90 and I have lived in this house in Liverpool for 24 years. After the storm in June, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
