Clear storm damage from Pamela's garden in Manchester
Pamela, 88, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 88 and I have lived in this house in Manchester for 45 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
