Clear storm damage from Oleksandr's garden in Kyiv

Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Oleksandr's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 72 and I have lived in this house in Kyiv for 45 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement. The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Thank you so much.

  • take care, Oleksandr. Hope the doctors have good news. After 23 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

    • Thanks for sharing this, Oleksandr. Hope you get there. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too
