Clear storm damage from Okechukwu's garden in Ikeja
Okechukwu, 85, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 85 and I have lived in this house in Ikeja for 43 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Ikeja.
Thinking of you and your family. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. We're a small family in Amsterdam but we're thinking of you. Take care.
