Clear storm damage from Natalia's garden in Birmingham
Natalia, 86, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 86 and I have lived in this house in Birmingham for 44 years. After the storm in February, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you peace, Natalia. Hope the doctors have good news. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
stay strong, Natalia. Get well soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Birmingham.
