Clear storm damage from Maximilian's garden in Hamburg
Garden rescue day in Hamburg: bring gloves and a rake.
🇩🇪 Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany1,048 views
I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Hamburg for 27 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
