I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Cairo for 46 years. After the storm in November, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement. The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Thank you for reading my story.

  • hang in there. Hope the doctors have good news. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings
