Clear storm damage from Irfan's garden in Lahore
Garden rescue day in Lahore: bring gloves and a rake.
π΅π° Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan1,701 views
I'm 87 and I have lived in this house in Lahore for 28 years. After the storm in February, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

so sorry you're going through this, Irfan. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up. Greetings from Pretoria.
praying for you, Irfan. I hope things turn around soon
take care, Irfan. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Beersheba so I could bring a meal.
Get well soon. Thinking of Lahore
So sorry you're going through this, Irfan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Shared this with my family. After 13 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Kawasaki
Keep going, Irfan. This could happen to any of us. I have a 6 year old who wants to send good wishes too. All the best.
you're not alone. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Los Angeles.
good luck, Irfan. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
