Clear storm damage from Greta's garden in Stockholm
Garden rescue day in Stockholm: bring gloves and a rake.
πΈπͺ Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden897 views
I'm 89 and I have lived in this house in Stockholm for 30 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Keep going, Greta. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
