Mekelle
I'm 74 and I have lived in this house in Mekelle for 30 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis. The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. Glad we found this place.

best of luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.

          • So sorry you're going through this. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in El Paso this morning. Blessings

            • Good luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 16 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
