Clear storm damage from Cansu's garden in Ankara
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Cansu's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 82 and I have lived in this house in Ankara for 43 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Take care, Cansu. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Lagos.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Ankara
Wishing you the best, Cansu. Gave what I could, wish it was more
Hope it all works out. Get well soon. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Kano
