Clear storm damage from Asher's garden in Atlanta
Garden rescue day in Atlanta: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇸 30317, Atlanta, Georgia, United States338 views
I'm 74 and I have lived in this house in Atlanta for 37 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Sending love. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope November is when things finally get easier.
