Clear storm damage from Anjana's garden in Bengaluru
Anjana, 92, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.
๐ฎ๐ณ Bengaluru, Karnataka, India1,836 views
I'm 92 and I have lived in this house in Bengaluru for 22 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

Stay strong, Anjana. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Wish I lived closer to Augsburg so I could bring a meal. Blessings.
Thinking of you, Anjana. Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 40 people at work. All the best
Good luck. Hope you get there. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Boulogne-Billancourt.
Hope it all works out, Anjana. Shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Bengaluru.
Keep going, Anjana. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best!
Good luck, Anjana. This could happen to any of us. Love from Fayetteville.
