Clear storm damage from Andrew's garden in Phoenix
Andrew, 86, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 86 and I have lived in this house in Phoenix for 46 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Praying for you. Hope you get there. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Tangier.
Rooting for you, Andrew. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
Sending good thoughts. Wishing Andrew a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
