Clear storm damage from Andrés's garden in Los Angeles
Garden rescue day in Los Angeles: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States502 views
I'm 86 and I have lived in this house in Los Angeles for 42 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
