I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Epe next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

Wishing you the best, Chukwuemeka. Hope you make a strong comeback. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Shinjuku.
