Certified Amharic translation help for Melanie
Looking for an Amharic-English translator, ideally certified, to help with an asylum application.

I need 48 pages translated from Amharic to English for an asylum application. Professional certified translation quotes are around $1,300, which my family can't afford.
If you're bilingual, and especially if you're certified or work in a related field, I'd really appreciate any time you can give. You can work on any portion; even five or ten pages helps.
I'll send scans securely through the platform's messaging once we agree. The deadline is July, but earlier is better so there's time for review.
I'll happily provide a letter of thanks and a reference.
Glad we found this place.

wishing you peace, Melanie. I hope things turn around soon. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
