Casablanca flood relief - the families of Harbor Lane
Neighbors in the families of Harbor Lane are rebuilding after the flood; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The flood hit the families of Harbor Lane on 24 March. My home was one of 15 damaged, and 6 families are still in temporary shelter at the sports club.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $950 goes:
• Tools and labor for repairs: $330
• Clean water and purification supplies: $200
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $185
• Food parcels for displaced families: $235

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ines.
It's all in the list in the story. tools and labor for repairs is the big one at $330, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Thanks for asking.
thinking of you. Hope you get there. Sent it to 5 people at work
Thanks for sharing this, Ines. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
Best of luck, Ines. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. All the best
Hang in there. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 6 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
Praying for you. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Rome.
