Carpenters wanted: an entrance ramp for Yasir

Yasir has used a wheelchair since 2023, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Yasir can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair. The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two. The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate eight hours of work. Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Yasir's family will cook lunch for the team. Thank you for reading my story.
