Carpenters wanted: an entrance ramp for Talha
Help Talha regain independence: a simple ramp build.
🇵🇰 Punjab, Pakistan922 views
Talha has used a wheelchair since 2023, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Talha can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate eight hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Talha's family will cook lunch for the team.
Thank you so much.

Hope things get better soon. I hope things turn around soon. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Aurangabad.

Stay strong. Looking forward to the next update. After 13 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
