Carpenters wanted: an entrance ramp for Emine
Emine uses a wheelchair and can't leave the house because of three steps at the door; we need a few hours of carpentry.
🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye1,340 views
Emine has used a wheelchair since 2025, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Emine can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair.
The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two.
The ramp has to meet the accessibility guideline for gradient, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate twelve hours of work.
Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Emine's family will cook lunch for the team.

Hope it all works out, Kübra. This could happen to any of us.
Praying for you, Kübra. Wishing Emine a smooth procedure and a full recovery.
Hang in there, Kübra. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings
wishing you the best, Kübra. I hope things turn around soon. All the best.
it takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Kisumu.
Take care, Kübra. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My husband and I read this together.
