Can you translate a school transcript from Vietnamese? (Abbottabad)
I need a school transcript translated from Vietnamese into English for my benefits claim. It's about 3 pages. Can you help?

I'm Talha, and I live in Abbottabad. For my benefits claim I have to submit a school transcript in English, and the original is in Vietnamese. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 3 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 3 weeks away.
Even a few minutes of your time means a lot.
