Can an orthopedic surgeon review Eva's scans?
Seeking a second medical opinion on childhood-onset epilepsy; a 20-minute call or written review would help.
Anywhere in the world408 views
Eva was diagnosed with childhood-onset epilepsy in May. The local team has recommended watchful waiting. We understand it's an important decision, and we'd like to be sure.
We're asking if an orthopedic surgeon - anywhere in the world - would be willing to review Eva's reports and give a short opinion (a call of 20 minutes or a written summary). We'd gladly pay for any cost to your practice that we can afford.
We have scans, lab reports and the doctor's notes ready to share securely. We understand that you can't give formal medical advice without an examination, and we're simply looking for guidance on questions to ask and options to explore.
Thanks for even thinking about it.
Thank you so much.

You're not alone, Lillian. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
a colleague of mine might know someone for this in Florida. I'll ask around and let you know
sending good thoughts. Looking forward to the next update. Wish I lived closer to Bilbao so I could bring a meal.
Rooting for you, Lillian. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. All the best.
Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Phoenix this morning. God bless.
