I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in San Antonio next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

sending strength, Caleb. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
Thinking of you and your family, Caleb. This could happen to any of us. I hope October is when things finally get easier.
Rooting for you, Caleb. Hope this works out for you. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
