Cafe in St. Petersburg needs a barista
Looking for someone reliable to start as a barista. Experience matters less than turning up and caring.
🇺🇸 Florida, United States964 views
I'm Thomas, and I run a small cafe in St. Petersburg. Business is steady and I need to take on a barista. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is making coffee, serving customers and keeping the counter clean. Hours are mornings, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 3 months. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
Please pass this on to anyone looking for work.

Happy to look over a CV and ask a few mock questions. I have interviewed people for about 4 years. Flexible on timing.
