I'm Bình, and I run a small cafe in Hồ Chí Minh City. Business is steady and I need to take on a barista. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is making coffee, serving customers and keeping the counter clean. Hours are about 24 hours a week, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
