Cafe in Fukuoka needs a barista
A small business, a real job and a chance to learn a trade. Pay is fair and written down before you start.

I'm Harumi, and I run a small cafe in Fukuoka. Business is steady and I need to take on a barista. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is making coffee, serving customers and keeping the counter clean. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 2 months. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
Please pass this on to anyone looking for work.
