Isaac has used a wheelchair since 2025, and the house has three steps at the front door and no ramp. At the moment Isaac can only go outside when two neighbors are available to lift the chair. The materials (treated timber, screws and non-slip surface) have been donated by a local lumberyard. We need a carpenter or two to measure, cut and build, plus a helper or two. The ramp has to meet the building-code slope requirement, which is why a person with building experience is important. We estimate twelve hours of work. Tools are welcome - saws, drills, spirit levels. We'll provide refreshments, and Isaac's family will cook lunch for the team. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

  • sending love, Michael. Shared it with a few friends. After 14 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of London

    • Wishing you the best, Michael. I hope things turn around soon

I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless
