Donated or used, a used laptop would let Brandon take a job in San Diego.

I have been offered a job as a kitchen assistant in San Diego, starting next month. The job requires a used laptop, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 3 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with four references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 6 km of San Diego.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Best of luck. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
Sending good thoughts. Hope you make a strong comeback. After 26 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
